We serve Northern NJ and parts of NY, including Westchester County, Long Island, and NYC boroughs (Manhattan, Brooklyn,
Queens)
4. Quotes, Free Assessments, and Scope of Work
• We may offer a free assessment to understand your table, location, and job needs.
• Any estimate is based on what we know at the time (photos, measurements, access details, table type, etc.).
• If the job conditions differ on-site (tight stairs, extra flights, parking limits, slate type, unexpected repairs), the price and timeline
may change.
• The final scope of work is what you approve (by text/email/invoice) before we begin.
5. Scheduling and Job Requirements (Your Responsibilities)
To keep the move/repair safe and smooth, you agree to:
• Provide safe access to the work area (clear paths, doors unlocked, pets secured).
• Confirm key details when asked (table size, slate type, exact addresses, stairs/elevators, parking rules).
• Ensure an adult is present (18+) to approve work decisions and sign off on completion (if required).
• Tell us ahead of time if the location has building rules (COI requirements, delivery windows, elevator reservations).
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and Late Arrivals
• If you need to reschedule, contact us as early as possible by phone or email.
• Late cancellations may result in a trip/hold fee (because we reserve your time slot).
• Arrival times are estimates; traffic, weather, and prior jobs can cause delays.
7. Payments
• Payment is due as stated on your invoice/estimate (for example: deposit, balance due upon completion, etc.).
• You agree to pay all approved charges, including any added work you authorize on-site.
8. Safety, Insurance, and On-Site Decisions

• You agree not to ask our crew to do unsafe actions (example: lifting without proper clearance, removing structural doors/rails
without approval, etc.).
• We may pause or stop work if conditions are unsafe.
9. Existing Damage + Limits on Responsibility
Pool tables are heavy, and many tables are older or previously serviced. Because of that:
• We are not responsible for pre-existing damage (warped wood, hairline slate cracks, worn pockets/rails, old hardware, prior
repair issues).
• You should point out known issues before work begins and share any past repair history if you have it.
• We are not responsible for problems caused by hidden conditions (weak subfloors, uneven floors, tight turns that require
disassembly beyond expectations).
10. Refelting and Materials
We offer refelting and may use professional-grade cloth options (including Championship cloth mentioned on the site).
• Color and material choices can affect look and speed.
• Normal wear (chalk, spills, humidity, heavy use) is not a workmanship issue.
11. Sales (New/Used/Refurbished Tables and Parts)
If you purchase a table or parts from us:
• Items may be sold as-is unless we provide a written warranty.
• Any manufacturer warranties (if applicable) belong to the manufacturer, not the website.
12. Photos, Video, and Marketing (Optional)
• We may take photos/video of completed work for documentation or marketing.
• We will avoid showing private personal details when possible (family photos, mail, etc.).
